Mr Birendra Kumar is the co-founder and Managing Director of TechGems Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree From National Institute of Technology India and Masters in Project Management from the University of Ngee Ann Adelaide Australia. He has been member of Institution of Engineers Singapore since 2001. He has over three decades of multi discipline working experience in structural design, construction, commissioning and maintenance projects in Industrial, commercial, oil, gas and petrochemical plants both locally and overseas.
Mr Jimmy Tan Hong Seng is the co-founder and Director of TechGems Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of South Australia. He has over three decades of experience working in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry. He has also been involved in the training and development programs for agencies like MOM, ASPRI and ITE.
